Privacy Notice

Duneshot is sold by Arcadia Consulting, LLC (formerly 312 Productions NW LLC). This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Contact form and email: your name, email address and message.
• Preorders: name, email, billing and shipping address, and order details. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Account link: if you ask for an account link, we look up your email in our order records and send a secure link to that address.
• Basic site data: standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To take and fulfil your preorder, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions, and keep records the law requires.
• We use it for our weekly internal sales report. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our email sender, our website host, and the carrier that ships your order. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

Email tim@duneshot.com to see, correct or delete your information. We keep order records as long as tax and business law require. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
