Terms and Returns
These terms cover your use of duneshot.com and your orders of Duneshot. The seller is Arcadia Consulting, LLC (formerly 312 Productions NW LLC), a Washington limited liability company, doing business as Duneshot.
1. Preorders
A preorder is a payment for a set that has not shipped yet. Duneshot is expected to ship on April 1, 2027. That date is an estimate, not a guarantee. If we expect a material delay, we will email you.
2. Price and payment
The price is $39.99 per set, in US dollars. There is no quantity limit. Shipping and any tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
3. Returns and refunds
You can return a set within 30 days of delivery for a refund if it is unopened and unused. Email tim@duneshot.com with your order email and we will send return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Sets that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, except where the law says otherwise.
4. Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States only. You are responsible for entering a correct address.
5. Safety and use
Duneshot is an outdoor game played on open sand. Please read our Play Safety notice before you play. By using the product, you agree to follow it. Adult supervision is required for children.
6. Warranty and limits
Except where the law says otherwise, the product and site are provided as is. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Some states do not allow certain limits, so they may not apply to you.
7. Intellectual property
The Duneshot name, logo, images and site content belong to Arcadia Consulting, LLC or its licensors. Do not copy them without written permission.
8. Governing law
Washington law applies, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Washington, except where your local law gives you other rights.
